How the service works

Certificate Issuing

Certificates for your courses, seminars and competitions, in a design you choose and with wording that suits both men and women.

You choose the certificate's background and its signatories, with their signatures and stamps, and write its wording once for men and once for women; then you enter the lists of names and all the certificates are produced in a single file. Every certificate carries a code that can be verified on this site, so no document bearing your organisation's name can be forged.

This is how a certificate comes out: with the issuing organisation's name, wording that suits the recipient, its signatories and a verification code. The names shown are fictitious.

The steps

An organisation issues, a holder receives, and whoever has the document verifies it.

The issuing organisation

  1. 1
    Registers the organisation

Once only: its name as it will be printed on the certificate, its email and its phone number. The site's administration then approves it.

  2. 2
    Creates the course

Its title, date, venue and hours, the certificate's language — Arabic or English — and the paper size.

  3. 3
    Chooses the design

A background from the gallery or its own, and up to 3 signatories with their names, positions, signatures and stamps.

  4. 4
    Writes the wording

Once for men and once for women, from ready-made templates or in its own words, and previews the certificate before issuing it.

  5. 5
    Enters the names

Pastes the list, one name per line — up to 500 at a time — distinguishing men from women.

  6. 6
    Downloads the certificates

A single PDF file, ready to print or send.

The certificate holder

  1. 1
    Receives the certificate

From the organisation whose course they attended, printed or as a file.

  2. 2
    In their name and title

Mr or Ms, “for his attendance” or “for her attendance” — in the wording that suits them.

  3. 3
With a page for its code

They can open it and show it to anyone; it states that this certificate was issued by this organisation, to this person, on this date.

The verifier

  1. 1
    Has a document in hand

An employer, an admissions office or a promotion committee — faced with a certificate whose authenticity it cannot judge.

  2. 2
    Enters the code

The one printed on the certificate, on the “Verify a certificate” page — no account or sign-in needed.

  3. 3
    Reads the answer

Genuine, with the holder's name, the issuing organisation and the date; or revoked; or no certificate with this code.

What the service guarantees

Correct wording for every name. One text for men and one for women, so no female student receives a certificate saying “for his attendance”.

A code that cannot be guessed. Eight letters and digits for each certificate, with none that can be confused when read off paper (such as zero and the letter O) — so anyone copying it by hand copies it correctly.

A mistaken certificate can be revoked. If a certificate is issued to someone not entitled to it, the organisation revokes it, and the verification page then says it has been revoked — it is not deleted and does not simply vanish.

Four sizes, two languages. A4 landscape or portrait, A5 and Letter — and certificates in Arabic or in English.
