Discount Terms

The site has two kinds of discount: a discount code typed at payment, and a standing discount on a particular account — for a person or for a non-profit body. These are their terms.

1. Who qualifies for the non-profit discount

Licensed charities and non-profit organisations, and educational and government bodies, in Saudi Arabia and abroad. It is requested with a document proving the status — a licence from the National Center for Non-Profit Sector, or its equivalent in the body’s country — and the site owner decides, and may ask for more.

2. How to apply, and where the document is kept

From the “Non-profit discount request” page, signed in to the body’s account. The document is kept private — never published or served on a public link — and only the applicant and the site owner can see it. One request is reviewed per account, and the answer appears on the same page.

3. What the discount covers, and for how long

A percentage set by the site owner on approval, on the services named or on all of them, with an expiry date if one is set. It may be withdrawn if the status lapses or it is misused; withdrawal does not affect an invoice already paid.

4. Discount codes

A code typed on the invoice page before paying. Each code has its value (a percentage or a fixed amount in riyals), and may have an expiry date, a limit on the number of uses, a once-per-account rule, a restriction to one account, or to particular services. A code on an invoice already issued cancels it and issues a new one for the net amount.

5. One discount — the larger

Discounts do not combine: if a code and a standing discount both apply, only the larger amount is used, and on a tie the account’s discount — so a code with limited uses is not spent for nothing. The amount after discount never goes below zero, and an invoice fully covered by a discount is settled with nothing to pay.

6. How it is calculated

The discount is calculated on the site before the invoice is issued, and the payment gateway is asked only for the net amount. The invoice states the price before discount, the discount and its code or reason, and the net amount.

7. During the trial period

While services carry no fees, no discount applies, as there is no invoice. Requests from non-profit bodies are accepted now, so their discount is in place on the day fees begin.
