Apollonius's Conics
مخروطات أبولونيوس
Apollonius wrote eight books on conic sections; only four survive in Greek. Seven survive in Arabic, in a translation made in Baghdad for the Banu Musa, the last three by Thabit ibn Qurra. From an Arabic recension, Borelli and Abraham Ecchellensis published those three in Latin at Florence in 1661.
