Galen's On Medical Experience

التجربة الطبّيّة لجالينوس

A debate between a physician who relies on experience alone and one who relies on reasoning, at the root of a quarrel between two schools of ancient medicine. Its Greek original is lost but for fragments; it survives whole in Hubaysh ibn al-Hasan's translation, published by Richard Walzer in Arabic and English at Oxford in 1944.
